Meet Robyn
Robyn is a seasoned attorney who partners with scaling businesses and nonprofits. She brings a unique combination of strategic insight, legal expertise, and operational leadership to the organizations she supports. Through partnering with Robyn, founders and leaders receive more clarity, less chaos, and the freedom to focus on the work they do best.
After 13 years resolving disputes in litigation, and then 13 years seeing how challenges take shape in-house, Robyn now helps businesses anticipate and prevent them before they start. She develops legally compliant and protective contracts, advises on employment & HR matters, creates internal policies and practices so businesses run smoothly and hold up under well under pressure, and provides a wide range of other legal needs that businesses face as they scale.
Robyn began her career in private practice at two large firms, representing mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes contract disputes, employment litigation, and intellectual property matters. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she served as In-house Counsel and VP of Operations for a rapidly expanding national organization. She built its legal infrastructure and advised executive leadership and the board on risk management, compliance, governance, and employment practices. She also scaled operations, workflows, and personnel functions as the organization doubled in size.

A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Robyn holds a J.D. cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She was named multiple times as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine. She actively participates in her local community and proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
